At Knowie ApS we reserve the right to make errors in our listed pricing. We also reserve the right to change pricing without any notice. Prices listed on our website is ex. VAT.
Knowie accepts payments via VISA-Dankort, VISA, VISA Electron, Mastercard and bank transfers. All listed prices are in DKK. Danish kronor and ex VAT.
Knowie ApS delivers a digital product.
You will be provided access to the product immediately after purchase through a digital login. Hence, the product is delivered to your email address.
Right of complaint
Knowie ApS lives up to the Danish purchase act “købeloven” and will offer your money in return or a new product if any error has occured with our software. You must raise a complaint in a reasonable time after discovering the defect or error.
Information in regards to returns
Shipments are not received per. cash on delivery.
In regards to refunds, we need you to inform us about bank information such as regnr and account nr. If you have payed by card, we can refund your payment back to the same card. These informations can be sent pr. email as it will only be used to fulfill the refund.
